Welcome to FORGE 2026, an exclusive event by Tactical Hyve for serious shooters and firearms/tactical instructors dedicated to excellence. FORGE is not just an event, it's a transformative experience that pushes the envelope of what's possible in performing, teaching, and business success.
Every year the FORGE room is a mix: instructors on one end, dedicated shooters on the other. If you take your training seriously, you will fit right in. The only people FORGE is not for are beginners and closed minds.
This is not a conference. You shoot both days, pistol and rifle, on a private range with the instructors below.
Participate in hands-on workshops led by top-tier instructors who bring cutting-edge techniques and methodologies. Whether you're honing your tactical skills or refining your teaching strategies, you'll gain invaluable insights to elevate your capabilities.
Join a community of like-minded shooters and professionals who are as committed to growth and excellence as you are. Share knowledge, exchange ideas, and develop new approaches in an environment that fosters mutual support and rapid improvement.
For instructors and aspiring instructors: learn how to grow your business and increase profitability with dedicated sessions on sales, marketing, and business strategies. Tactical Hyve will share real-world success stories and lessons learned, alongside insights from industry leaders.
FORGE Summit embodies the spirit of constant development. It's a place where the best come to become better, where innovation meets tradition, and where every attendee leaves equipped with new skills, new connections, and renewed inspiration.
Every instructor below is confirmed for FORGE 2026. They'll be on the range and in the sessions with you: training, sharing insights, and raising the standard together.

Here's a first look at the expert-led sessions. We're releasing more through the weekend, and the complete schedule goes out before registration closes on October 10.
David Harris · Retired Green Beret & Lead Trainer of the Mil/LE program at Vortex Optics
CQB isn't one skill, it's a chain of them, and a weak link at the door costs you the whole room. This session builds every piece: fast transitions, clean entries on standard and patio doors, room movement, sector collapse, and target engagement, all trainable on a flat range.
Kyle Litzie · World Rifle Champion & Competition Team Member
Close-quarters and long-range drills dominate carbine training, leaving a critical gap between 25 and 200 yards. This course closes that gap, building the positional shooting skills and barricade work you need to get fast, precise hits at the distances your rifle was built for.
Matt Kalisch · Retired Green Beret & Lead Trainer of the Mil/LE program at Vortex Optics
Most shooters are accurate standing still and fall apart the moment they have to move or switch guns. This session fixes that, integrating movement, rifle-to-pistol transitions, and decision-making under realistic pressure so you perform when it counts.
Tyler Nelson · Retired Army Marksmanship Unit Instructor/Shooter
Elite shooters aren't elite because they shoot more. They're elite because they train differently. See the process behind high-level performance in action, and learn how to build training sessions that actually move your pistol and rifle skills forward instead of just burning ammo.
Jon Bautista · USPSA Grandmaster & Competition Team Member
Most shooters take class after class without a clear plan, and that's why they plateau. In this session, instructors assess your skills in live exercises, give you targeted feedback, and give you a general roadmap showing exactly what to work on and how to prove you're ready for advanced training.
The sessions above slot into the blocks below, with more being released through the weekend. Request the full schedule and we'll email it to you the moment it's final.

Serious shooters, experienced instructors, and aspiring instructors. You do not need to be an instructor to attend or to get enormous value from the weekend. FORGE is not for beginners or for people convinced their way is the only way.
A pistol and a rifle in good working condition, an OWB or IWB holster and gun belt, magazines and pouches, eye and ear protection, and comfortable shoes. A plate carrier is optional. Bring at least 600 rounds each of pistol and rifle ammo, if you plan to shoot a lot, bring 1,000 of each. You can shoot as little or as much as you want.
Saturday, October 10, 2026. We lock the range headcount, VIP dinner count, and recording crew that weekend, so we cannot add seats after that date. Seating is limited to 30.
Our standard class policy applies to FORGE. Full refunds, credits, or transfers are processed for requests made 61 or more days before the event; partial refunds or credits (50%) for requests made 31 to 60 days before; and no refunds, credits, or transfers within 30 days of the event. We do not provide credits for missed events. Students arriving more than 30 minutes late will not be permitted to attend, as the safety brief is critical and cannot be repeated mid-session.
